
On the afternoon of October 20 members of the public will be treated to cooking demonstrations by an authentic Italian chef. He will be teaching cooking enthusiasts authentic Italian recipes using both Italian and Australian products.
The public demonstrations coincide with the arrival of a delegation of representative from the Veneto region in Italy who will visit William Angliss Institute with the aim of developing a relationship between WAI and the Hospitality Industry Consortium of Veneto for further promotion of Italian cuisine and food and wine products in Australia.
The delegation from Veneto will be consist of Professor of gastronomy, Mr. Aldo Trivellato and chefs Mr Nocola Dinato and Mr Mauro Zardetto. Italian celebrity chef Mr Diego Santalliana, will also attend.
