Continuing our quest for the best almond croissant in New York, I visited Bouchon Bakery this morning.
The bakery is great. Upstairs and 10 Columbus Circle I like the atmosphere and love the display. Simple and beautiful. Great pain au chocolat. Amazing.
But no almond croissant.
They had almond croissant with chocolate, almond brioche and almond croissant with raspberry jam, but no plain almond.
I'll have to go back after recovering from the shock and try something else.
