Melbourne's Best Pies

A recent Saturday Age ranked the best pies in Victoria.

1. Malmsbury Bakery, Mollison Street, Malmsbury
2. Georgie Pie, Sydney Road Brunswick
3. Molly Mae's Cafe, High Street Broadford
4. Mt Martha Fine Foods, Lochiel Avenue Mount Martha
5. Bohemia Cakes, Highett Road, Highett

I have not sampled the wares from any of these bakeries, but it is now essential to try them all to see how they compare to what previously was thought of as serving the best pies in Australia, the old baker at Wirrabara.
