
Tastes of the Top, presented by the formidable Jimmy Shu team, forms part of the Darwin Festival this year. Jimmy is keeping the final menu tucked under his belt but be assured that the tastes on the night will have been worth waiting for.
Sparkling wine & finger food will be served in the Galuku Gallery (the Festival's spectacular outdoor gallery) on arrival.
We will then proceed to the one long table under the stars for entree, main course and dessert. Each course will feature 3 - 4 tastes of the Territory with matched wines.
Tastes will be Indian, Thai and Nonya influenced - think jewfish in panipuri puffs, spinach and gorgonzola kebab, saffron seekh kebab with pickled green mango!
