Don't travel up Sydney Road expecting wood-fired heaven or Italian minimalism. Travel for the American style pizza and the Godfathers experience. Forget about elegance, style and sensual dining. Godfathers takes us back to the days of fish and chippies run by Greeks, hospital style white walls and loud menus.
Try the pepperoni, anything with chicken on it and the meat lovers. Or go for the the lot. Everything is good, in that greasy way. Who cares about the five ingredients rule, sometimes you just need the local Australian pizza. It's just a pity about the ongoing expansion.
